The business was founded by Justin Samuel, who has spent more than 25 years working across search, digital marketing and technology. During that time he has helped businesses ranging from start-ups to international brands improve their online visibility, solve technical challenges and build marketing strategies based on evidence rather than assumptions.

Justin’s career began in IT, designing and deploying enterprise computer networks before moving into digital marketing during the early days of the commercial web. Since then he has worked with some of the UK’s best-known digital agencies and technology companies, leading SEO teams, developing search products and advising organisations on complex technical and strategic challenges.

Today, Fletchmor brings together that experience in a straightforward consultancy focused on one thing: helping businesses make better marketing decisions.
